Run for Paramount Ranch

SAMO Fund hosted a Run for Paramount Ranch last week. 160 people signed up to run 10k, 5k or 1k to help support the rebuild of the Ranch after the Woolsey Fire. Running clubs, company teams and even a National Park Service staff group all took up the challenge.

The chilly morning did not dampen enthusiasm and it was an energetic crowd that set off to tackle the various distances. With over 700 ft cumulative elevation gain on the 10k course and over 400 ft on the 5k run, these runs were not just a walk in the park!

No prizes – just medals - were awarded to everyone. Congratulations to the winners and all those who took part just for the fun of it!
