Love Our Park Summer Fundraiser brings in $50k - Article in The Thousand Oaks Acorn

The Thousand Oaks-based nonprofit group, SaMo, reports that it raised $50,000 in a virtual fundraiser July 24 to help pay for programs that benefit ecological causes in the local mountains.

“We call it our Spring Celebration. This would have been our fifth year, but when COVID came around we had to reschedule and pivot to do an online fundraiser instead,” Parry said.
