samo Fund is a SoCal climate champion

On October 10th, SoCalGas announced SAMO fund as one of 13 innovators who were to be rewarded through the SoCal Climate Champions Grant from SoCalGas. This Project grant -of up to $40,000- aims to support projects focusing on innovative climate solutions that improve the environment or lower emissions for a more sustainable future in communities throughout Southern California.

“Grant recipients are implementing climate solutions that closely align with SoCalGas’ ASPIRE 2045 Sustainability strategy. Our recipients are trailblazers, and we are proud to support projects that bring our communities closer to meeting California’s net-zero emissions goals,” said Jawaad Malik, Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer at SoCalGas.
